Certificate III in Aviation (Remote Pilot Visual Line of Sight)
This qualification is relevant to individuals operating remotely piloted aircraft systems (RPAS) within visual line of sight (VLOS), below 400 feet above ground level (AGL), in day visual meteorological conditions (VMC), outside of controlled airspace, greater than 3 nautical miles from an aerodrome, outside of populous areas.
Percentage of graduates in the Aviation field who were satisfied with the training (Advanced Diploma).
Percentage of graduates in the Aviation field who started/expanded a business or who have a new job, more highly skilled work, a promotion or higher pay.
The middle of the range of salaries earned by graduates in the Aviation field starting their first ever full-time job after graduating.
Remote pilot duties include applying technical and non-technical aviation skills and knowledge within RPAS operational environments.
This qualification forms some of the requirements for certification by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) as described in Civil Aviation Safety Regulation (CASR) Part 101 Division 101.F.3—Certification of UAV controllers.

Diploma of Aviation (Aviation Management)
This qualification reflects the roles of aviation management personnel performing ground operations duties in support of commercial or Defence aviation flight operations.

The middle of the range of salaries earned by graduates in the Aviation field starting their first ever full-time job after graduating.
Aviation management duties include applying technical and non-technical aviation skills and knowledge in support of a wide range of aerodrome and air transport operations, including passenger, charter, cargo, emergency service and government operations.
Individuals working at this level will apply knowledge and skills to demonstrate autonomy, judgement and defined responsibility in known or changing contexts within broad but established parameters.
Licensing, legislative, regulatory and certification requirements that apply to this qualification can vary between states and territories. Compliance with these requirements may be required nationally and/or in various jurisdictions.
